Project Description
Conflicts are a natural part of life, but the way we resolve them defines the strength of our relationships and communities. Rotary’s Four-Way Test provides a simple yet powerful framework for addressing differences with integrity, fairness, and mutual respect.
Before making decisions or responding during a disagreement, let us ask:
1️⃣ Is it the Truth?
2️⃣ Is it Fair to all concerned?
3️⃣ Will it build Goodwill and Better Friendships?
4️⃣ Will it be Beneficial to all concerned?
When these four principles guide our thoughts, words, and actions, conflicts can be transformed into opportunities for understanding, cooperation, and growth. The Four-Way Test encourages us to listen with empathy, communicate honestly, and seek solutions that benefit everyone involved.
Rotary Club of Biratnagar Fusion is proud to promote these timeless values by installing Rotary’s Four-Way Test Board at the sacred premises of Baglamukhi Temple and Ram Janaki Temple.
By placing these boards at prominent religious sites, the club aims to encourage visitors to reflect upon these universal values and incorporate them into their daily lives.
